Timings:

Gir National Park is open throughout the year, but the best time to visit is from December to March. The park timings are as follows:

Morning Safari: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Afternoon Safari: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

By Train: The nearest railway station to Gir National Park is Junagadh Junction, located about 70 kilometers away. Junagadh is well-connected to major cities in Gujarat and other parts of India. From the railway station, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to reach the park.
 
By Road: Gir National Park is well-connected by road to various cities in Gujarat. State transport buses and private taxis are available from cities like Junagadh, Rajkot, and Ahmedabad. You can also drive to the park using your private vehicle.
